Our Mission:

Fathers Leading Families® is a 501 (C)(3) Non-Profit that equips fathers with the tools they need to succeed in their roles as leaders, providers, and protectors of their families.

Our Program:

FLF®: Fatherhood Fraternity is a free program designed to help fathers strengthen their families, and lead with wisdom, love, and integrity.

By focusing on the holistic development of fathers (spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially), we strive to build stronger families and communities.

What is Included in the Fraternity?

FLF®-CONNECT APP:

We provide a community-based platform that allows members to check in with one another on a daily basis, fostering ongoing connection, support, and accountability.

Our platform encourages regular communication between members, provides opportunities to share experiences and challenges, and helps promote a sense of community and peer engagement.

Fatherhood Fraternity Meetings:

We provide weekly virtual support groups for community members that offer a structured, supportive space to connect, share experiences, and build coping skills.

Meetings are facilitated online for accessibility and consistency, and focus on the 9 F’s framework to guide discussion, promote reflection, and support healthy engagement within the group.

Monthly Leadership Training:

Each month, we focus on one practical topic such as fitness, relationships, parenting, exercise & nutrition, parenting, and overall mental health.

Every training includes real-life application and simple action steps that help you grow as a leader at home, at work, and in everyday life.
